On the topic of grammar and everything else linguistic, I absolutely hate it.  I'm currently taking my DMASc program and I need to take English and Writing Grammatically.  My writing style is fine; I'm a competent author.  Having to learn about the different adverb clauses and sentence Subject Verb Verb, blah blah, and other witchcraft is just absolutely frustrating.

Get used to it, learn it and master it.  These are the keys to effective communication, which is an important element of leadership.  Otherwise, you will become the bear that eats, shoots and leaves....

Bears already have arms.  I also know some people who exercise their right to bear arms - perhaps they should shave them and cut their nails ;D.
