Where exactly is this list? I can't seem to find it?
Well 1) it’s not a real country 2) the UN is a corrupt cesspool. 3) I don’t think that list actually exists, or Russia would be number 1.So when do we see the UN officially add Palestine to its blacklist of ‘countries that kill children?’
Busted
Yeah, Haaretz live feed link wasn't probably the best to share. Haaretz keeps adding news to the live feed news page and that specific news piece got buried. Plus Haaretz has a paywall.Funny. When you click on the embedded link you can find this though…
Ah yes, "won't someone think of the children?!".But come on guys, if someone takes the jackpot with killing children, it's obviously Israel. The IDF killed more children in Gaza than all global conflicts combined in all the last 4 years together!

You don't have enough credibility here to just dump an assertion like that. You'll have to specify which conflicts data are drawn from, and what the body counts are.But come on guys, if someone takes the jackpot with killing children, it's obviously Israel. Clearly from Hamas’s data…You don't have enough credibility here to just dump an assertion like that. You'll have to specify which conflicts data are drawn from, and what the body counts are.
It looks like this "statistic" is from a Save the Children report repeated in this CBC article:But come on guys, if someone takes the jackpot with killing children, it's obviously Israel. The IDF killed more children in Gaza than all global conflicts combined in all the last 4 years together!
However, the Statistica website shows very different stats on children killed in conflicts by year:By comparison, 2,985 children were killed in armed conflicts around the world in 2022, 2,515 in 2021, 2,674 in 2020 and 4,019 in 2019, according to annual reports by the United Nations secretary-general on children and armed conflict.
Finally, a brains guy who's actually willing to do the research. I actually applaud your effort and I believe this is the way for a rational debate that @PuckChaser reminded us of.It looks like this "statistic" is from a Save the Children report repeated in this CBC article:
The stats used are from Gaza's Health Ministry (of the HAMAS government btw) stating that 3,495 children have been killed by the IDF. The article goes on to state:
However, the Statistica website shows very different stats on children killed in conflicts by year:
Yes, it has to be shown. And until it's clear whether the figures are only counting deaths due to fighting or properly include deaths due to conflict-related causes (eg. famine, disease, lack of medical care), what has to be shown hasn't been shown. So after backing this up with sources (not a "trust me bro" as some suggested), can we show some humanity? Did we really need to show that it's 4 combined years' worth of dead children vs 3 years, 2 year or whatever? This mass killing must stop and Canada should apply a lot more pressure on Israel to do so (economic, political boycot..etc)
This mass killing must stop
Thanks for proving the point of Collective Punishment (ie. if Hamas doesn't surrender then the IDF is to continue mass killing and beheading Palestinian children). You’re right. Hamas needs to surrender and not another innocent soul in gaza will die under the IDF.
Without the surrender of hamas, IDF needs to continue exactly what they’re doing. Canadas pressure and the mentally insane in university campuses are both irrelevant.

Ah well, it's Quirky!
The Israelis are also violent, if anything purposely more so. It is part of their whole strategy, make it very costly to fight/attack them so as to discourage it.It's said best in Serenity.
"If your quarry goes to ground, leave no ground to go to".
Your people are harbouring terrorists, rapists, and child murderers. We're not talking dead kids from a bomb, we're talking up close and murdering children infront of their parents while its live streamed on Facebook.
Actions have consequences. It's time your people put their victim cards down and take ownership of the terrorist organization they've supported for 16 years. Your people are violent.
