That seems like a key component. From what I've read countries like Egypt don't want to take in Palestinians because they think Israel won't let them back into Gaza afterwards and said country will be stuck with them.

It would be great in Palestinians could come and go as they pleased.

Omg everything in here reads like it was written by well experienced diplomats... Except for 9 and 10 which reads like it was written by the chairman of the Trump syncophants brigade.

It was just impossible for him and his inbuilt nature to not have his actual name attached to it at least a couple of times.
