It is a country of extremes some times. They can have the best of times and they can have the worst of times. But they have a spirit found nowhere else. Most of the time, most of their citizens are affable, carry their heart on their hand, will give the shirt of their back and be the friendliest people you've ever known.

They have their bad side too, like every body else. But would I want any body else as a neighbor? Not really.

I don't care that we currently are in a bit of a spat and that many Canadians don't really want to be seen talking to you: Happy 250th anniversary USA.
