Has anyone used this product before?I watched a couple of vids on youtube of the process and the end results are impressive.After digging around their site,I'm thinking about picking up the starter kit with a couple of different colors to experiment with.
Arguably,it's way more expensive than a can of Krylon,but it claims the finish after a proper cure time is as hard as nails.
I'm interested in anyone's experience with stuff,as well as airbrush set-up in regards to a inexpensive compressor.

Cheers

Duracoat is an outstanding product. I've used it before on a few items and it's super easy to work with. I recommend an airbrush and compressor; using the air cans they advertise makes it difficult to get a superfine finish.

Here's one piece I did w/ DuraCoat before and after;

Check over on Gunnutz. There's tons of info there for Duracoat and some others, like Krylon.

Sorry for the late reply, but if you still got any questions about air brushing, drop me a PM. I got a knowledge of it from my model building stuff. And if your in my area, I'm sure I can paint it for you. As long as you provide the paint.  :nod:
