Does anyone know who to contact at Canadian Headquarters in Ontario regarding review of application.  My application was sent there 3 months ago for review and I want to inquire about what is happening with it, whether I am in, out. or whether I have to wait some more!

I may be wrong here , but the CF RC is probably the one to handle the hounding of Ottawa in regards to your file and its status. try bugging them for the answer your question.
