Helmet help WW1

Hi all,
I have a doughboy helmet and have no Idea where its from
or what its worth is.

It has a red F on it.

Do any of you know anything about these?

Brodie Helmet.  Mark 1 or 2?
Are there any stamping marks inside it?
what colour is the exterior?

The red F leads me to guess Fire Warden.

I am not sure if it is mark 1 or 2. Is there a way to find tht out?
Can't see any markings on the inside.

The color is like a dark brownish green.
