Help identifying CA brassard

Been sorting through stuff in my basement and came across this brassard. It was my Grandfather's so Great War or later vintage. I'm guessing Second World War as he had a series of staff jobs during that one. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated.1745452353896.png

Thanks! That would make sense since I believe he played an Adjutant-General role of some sort as major at Camp Borden.
