Highschool Transcript Question

Good Evening

I'm currently living in Ontario and I have contacted my Highschool which is in New Brunswick to get a copy of my Official Transcript. However they said they cannot send it to me directly but only to an employer/school so I gave them the fax number for my local recruiter which i happened to have handy.

Is this ok to do?

I'm not sure if this an acceptable way to get the transcript or not and I have emailed to ask and phoned multiple times to check with no answer. I have my CFAT on Nov. 17th.

Having the your school fax your local recruiting detachment a copy of your high school transcripts should work for the intern. It is suggested that you have your high school mail your transcripts directly to the recruiting center.
