Hi everyone hoping one of you historians might be able to help me out.
I am writing a paper for my Law and Custom of War class. I am searching for information on the responsibilities of Officers namely responsibility they have towards their men. My paper is being written with regards to responsibilities officers had towards there men between the Boer War and WWI. I am told that there is a training manual out for officers as my prof saw one dated 1920 so I am hoping that there might be (I would <cough> assume there would be one predating this). If any of you have any information about this any help would be very appreciated.
