How do you delete your own posts?

Hi Shawn,

Users can't currently delete their own posts. You can however edit your posts. If that's not sufficient, email or PM me with the link to the post, and I can delete it.

Cheers
Mike

dont ask us geez lol jk i dont really know either why do you ask? did you write something you regret writing?

On a related note, I noticed that i can no longer lock topics that I started, it would be usefull for those people who are lookiing for a specific answer to their questions, and can lock it once they get it.

Yeah, everyone used to be able to lock their own threads, but we had a few issues with people who felt the need to "get the last word in" and so I've backed that one off for now.

Nic same deal, just PM one of the moderators and we can lock a thread that has outlived it's usefulness in this regard (eg; question asked and answered).  With work shifts and time zones it seems someone is almost always here.

BTW, do the moderator have one email address for everyone??  like [email protected] so all mods get the email??  I never know which one to email so I end up bothering Mike..  :-\

You can use the "report to moderator" link in every post.  It goes to all of us.
