How does canada stack up?

Foreign guys.... how do you feel about Canada's troops. what have you heard if you haven't got first hand experience. Also a question i guess for everyone including Canadian.... how does canadas military stack up against other 1st world nations such as size of the branches ( navy, army, airforce )
