How long do they keep your application on file?

I went to do my testing in Regina shortly after the new year, but I never finished the physical (my blood pressure was too high). Since then I haven't been back, and I now live in Edmonton. I'm going to the recruitment office in Edmonton tomorrow, will the Regina detachment still have my application, or will I have to start from the beginning?  ???

Paper files are kept for three years and the electronic file is kept forever so yes they will still have your file in Regina.

Good, that will facilitate the process here in Edmonton then  :D Now I just need to find a job offer...

I sinced talked to the Edmonton Recruiting Detachment and the guy said that they can transfer my file, but without a job offering, they can't do anything with it.

How do I go about getting a job offering?

Reserve or Regular Force?

I applied a year ago and go rejected for medical reasons.  I have dealt with these medical problems and am thinking about applying again.  I was wondering for how long does your old application file exist for or if it was shredded as soon as I was rejected?  If it still exists, will I have to do everything all over again (paperwork and CFAT test) or will some of it still count?

Thanks

Paper files are kept for three year and then shredded and electronic files are kept forever.  You will be required to fill out a new application form and provide new references and will not be required to redo the CFAT unless you are going for a different trade that you didn't qualify for the first time.
