I may be going to sea for over a month and I want to know how I can keep a fitness standard and eat right.
I am an OS NCM so I don't get free time on the ship hence I'm asking this.
I want to workout on the fitness equipment while at sea but I'd get in crap if we went to bong bongs and I was late getting to my base.
There is nothing healthy to eat at our galley either.
Is there some kind of medical chit I can get?
If I don't workout and eat right I start feeling really bad and get anxiety attacks.

Thanks.

You can speak to the Cooks and let them know your concerns about diet.  They'll try their best to do their best for you.

As for your workouts, that is something you'll just have to work into your routine at sea.  We all have to make allowances for being at sea.  Those who do wish to keep up their fitness routines seem to be able to make the time to do it.  If it's important to you as you say, you'll find a way to make it work too.

Is there any aspect of CF life that you cannot find something to complain about?

Eat the frickin salad bar.

Keep your war bags with you when you work out.

Your welcome.

Wow.  Just simply ... wow.

I believe there is a form called a VR that might create a solution for all your issues.  Especially seeing as back in June you stated you couldn't do this for another 20 years.

I'm not sure what you would ask for in a chit, guaranteed PT twice a day at your own time, special meals?

You can get chits or anytning it's great.
I worked with an RCR guy and he tried to get a shit ton of them for everything.
Chit to use a personal chest rig(issued one hurt his back) non-issued rucksack(non issued
One hurt his back). No shaving chit. PT on his own time chit. Can't remember of he wanted a special meal chit because of his workout diet.  I see him at the gym, he's on a T Cat so he doesn't do much army training or ex's but he's really muscular so that's great for the CF.

We're not playing anymore.

Go to your CoC\ Divisions, or whatever you prefer to call them.

We're tired of all your 'woe is me' posts and problems.
