There are certainly no such "time-out" cards being issued to soldiers at the Training Centre in Meaford. And the arriving troops from the Recruit School in St Jean haven‘t been asking for them, which I suspect they would if they had used them there. Another poster referred to them as an urban myth, I would agree with that estimate.
