I am banned ?

I am using my home computer, am signed in, and every feature of Army.ca is working fine. Went to the library and used my laptop, only to find I am banned. Tried the regular library computer and it came up banned access.
Quite a shock to sit in the library, open Army.ca and find I am "banned with no recourse."
Can someone please explain this to me?

Someone else may have gotten themselves banned from this site while using the library's network. Since you're here posting, its not your account but their network thats the problem.

If you were banned, you would not have been able to post your question.

In all likelyhood as mentioned, the library IP got snagged in someone else's ban. That or a number of troublemakers were using that facility and the IP was banned.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but lifting it for you would cause more trouble from troublemakers than it is worth.

Exactly as speculated upon above.  Someone was a regular poster from that IP address and was BANNED.  Now if you know someone who may have a grudge against army.ca and frequents that Library, you can blame them.  >    (Try not to assault them too badly.)
