IAP and BOTC???

So it has been a while since I have been to this website. I am happy to see that it has done so much. I‘ve now gone from the ranks of the reserves in BC, transferring to the ranks of the reserves with a remuster to armour in Quebec (for language limitations), and a transfer with a re-re-muster back to infantry under ROTP when joining the regular force. Let‘s not get into the bureaucratic nightmares that I am still haunted by from that group of processes. My remuster and transfer to the reserve unit in Quebec was never actually completed in the year the process was ongoing... :mg: but hey, it doesn‘t matter anymore anyhow.

I would love to know what I am looking at for my IAP and BOTC next summer? (they delayed them for me for several reasons so I don‘t actually have to do them until next summer even though I am presently subsidized) I would like to know what kind of things to prepare for and the difficulties I may face? (I am hopeful that we might actually get to do the obstacle course...or the more correct term, the ‘confidence‘ course)

hey, you wouldn‘t happen to be at campus fort saint jean would you? ‘cause in that case i know a couple people who can help you upstairs here, that have done botc and are still here

Koss, I am actually at Bishop‘s University, which is about an hour east of Campus St. Jean...but I do have a car (getting fixed right now) and can go to and fro as I please. Would be happy to get any help available. By the way, where are you from in BC? I come from the Vancouver area.
