Radical Islam isn't the only religion to do that. A church in Croatia was used to store ammo.

Sikhs don't expect everyone to convert to their religion, and that was tiny fraction of Christians who did that. Also Christianity does not kill you for leaving the religion or insulting Jesus. Islam is a much bigger threat to the West. And Sikh separatists used their holiest temple in India to do the same. Religious nutters everywhere are the same. Wasn't that long ago that Christians were killing abortion doctors and bombing their clinics. When a person convinces themselves they are fighting for God .....

Pointing to a smaller group of crazies to avoid dealing with a steady flood of a culture that is very explicit in their goals of dominating and subjugating the west and eradicating our culture is suicidal. It also throws any moderates in the Islamic world to the wolves to appease the apologists and progressives. Recently KSA has started backing MB aligned forces and UAE is not much better with their backing of the murderous RSF. The Gulf States are directly responsible for the spread of modern day Jihadism and seem to be drifting back to supporting them.Bigger threat maybe. Doesn't make the others no threat at all. I hope you're not trying to defend one set of crazies by pointing at another set of crazies, just because you might share some affinity for them. Personally, I'm for a zero tolerance policy with all crazies.
or we listen to what they preach and pay attention to it and consider it the greater threat. Generally it seems we come down hard on any deviations from our accepted normal that comes out of the Judeo-Christian groups while giving the Muslims in particular a free pass and offer them up excuses whilst they openly seek to take control here. Look up the changes made in Hamtramck in the states since 2021.The Wahhabists spreading their ideology is a problem. But on a purely statistical basis in Canada, I (particularly as VisMin) need to fear young white guys. They are more like to shoot up a mosque (Quebec City) or run over a family out for a walk (London) than a Muslim in Canada successfully executing a terrorist attack (Parliament Hill, Quebec City).
But in general, I would rather not ignore any threat. And I often get the sense that those who complain about the Muslim threat are more motivated by diverting attention from a threat than bringing attention to a threat.
Wait for it...
Mm hm. Iran has the ability to devastate infrastructure in the neighbourhood with their large stockpile of ballistic missiles. Enough to deter just about anyone, seemingly, from cooperating with basing.Still skeptical. Haven't seen enough EW assets and tankers in the region. Unless they plan doing all this at max range which reduces probability of success. That first strike has to be so overwhelming.
They've got to do as much damage to the regime as possible while doing sof ops to grab the nuclear material and stopping missile launches against friendly countries that could jack up oil prices. Those are three very intensive lines of task.
and these are the folks that Trump is making a deal with? That notion is obscene. No one should ever have said a word about aid. Those folks died still listening for the sound of an B52 approaching. Damnwow....
Disappeared bodies, mass burials and ‘30,000 dead’: what is the truth of Iran’s death toll?
Testimony from medics, morgue and graveyard staff reveals huge state effort to conceal systematic killing of protesters
Ahmadi was shocked by the number being killed – more than 40 in his small town alone – but with the internet blacked out, no one knew what the national picture was. To piece it together, Ahmadi assembled a network of more than 80 medical professionals across 12 of Iran’s 31 provinces to share observations and data, and to build a clearer picture of the violence.
Their observations, shared with the Guardian and combined with accounts from morgues and graveyards across the country, begin to reveal the vast scale of violence inflicted on Iranians during the state’s crackdown. Ahmadi and his colleagues are hesitant to provide a figure for the toll but agree “all publicly cited death tolls represent a severe underestimation”. Comparing the number of dead they witnessed with hospital baselines, they estimate it could exceed 30,000, far surpassing official figures. This is based on the conclusion that “officially registered deaths related to the crackdown likely represent less than 10% of the real number of fatalities”.
