There was an interesting article in today's New York Times, on the fact that the US MIlitary has put copies of many of the Iraqi government documents captured by American troops on the web, ostensibly so that the anyone can play armchair intelligence analyst:

The documents themselves are mostly in english and arabic, and they're working on translating all of them to english. They are available here:

When I looked at the page it had a weird refresh on it that occurred after about a minute, rediecting me to an IP address where I got a file not found error. If you want to stay on this page and look at it. Click on your browser's stop button after the page finishes loading.
