US Raytheon tests ground-launched GBU-53/B StormBreaker bomb for all-weather moving-target strikes
Raytheon tested a ground-launched StormBreaker after a 50-day sprint, reaching 20,000 ft via a COTS motor to enable all-weather, moving-target strikes from land

GLSDB MkII
The GLSDB used the original Small Diameter Bomb which glided to a GPS coordinates to attack a fixed target.
This new variant uses the GBU-53 B with a trimode seeker and a multi-purpose warhead to attack all targets, moving and stationary.
The article stresses the range of the bomb is only 46 miles from point of aerial release.
What it doesn't say is the range of the carrier system to get it to the point of release.
It could conceivably be mounted on a range of rockets, cruise missiles, loitering munitions or other UAVs.
