Jump Ruck / Alice Pack

Quick question, are the old CF jump ruck and frame the same as the US Army's Alice Pack and frame ?

I am trying to find the jump ruck frame with no luck but I find allot the Alice Packs and frame.

The frames are not the same, and the parts for each are not 100% interchangeable. You may need to extend some straps and tighten down some attachments for the components to fit properly.
