Hi, I'm only 18, but I handed in my application to the Vancouver Recruitment office just a couple days ago. Basically i had some concerns about the recruitment prosses.

One thing i noticed was there was a 'Superior' time you could achieve in the physical evaluation. Are there any advantages to completing this?

Whereas I've applied in NCM Infantry, I'm wondering if there's anyone who's done the same thing and eventually switched to officer like I plan to. I need more time to get education before I could apply directly for officer training and I decided I don't have much of a problem spending some time as a grunt.

excellent choice. Well done. As to your questions, they are probably answered many times on here. I strongly suggest you settle in, get a coffee, and do some heavy reading in the Recruiting and Infantry forums.

Thanks, for the advice! I'll admit, I was a little bit impatient to read alot of these threads, but I'm used to formal Message Boards and you shouldn't expect too much trouble from me. I'll try and do a few searches for these questions though, see if I can find something. I noticed you had a PPCLI image there. My recruiter said I would most likely be serving with them, are you currently in that regiment?

Oh, and another question I forgot to ask was is how does the CF ship out recruits? every three months, six months? I know there's one leaving this september, according to the recruiter.
