Keeping in contact

Hello all. From reading these forums I've learned that most trades are closed until next April or so. I made a visit to my local CFRC and he gave me the same information. He said to come back around March and talk to him again. Would you guys recommend keeping in contact with my recruiter? Or just keep up to date on the forums and wait it out until March? Any advice would be great as I'm trying to best my chances on being giving the opportunity to serve. Thanks for reading

I think the recruiter gave you some sound advice. Stay current on the forums here, there is a trade that outlines when trades open and close as we do have some current recruiters posting that information. Read around, learn from the "old farts" around here about the ins and outs of the Army (or Navy or Air Force) and you'll be well-informed and ready to go when you go visit the recruiter next March.
