Kids 'starving' near Canadian base

All the US bases have signs forbidding soldiers and other individuals/entities from dealing with the children outside bases.
  Despite our genuine desire to help the people - giving to children outside bases - keeps them from going to schools since a dollar or two given in "charity" is a large percentage of a monthly wage in Afghan.

I would not piss on the Senlis group if they where on fire...
