Not uncommon. Was on the Open House range in  Pet. My C2 gunner had a casing bounce off the ceiling and go down the back of his shirt. Stopped at the junction of his crossstraps. There was no getting it out til we were done. I remember thinking "Damn, I wish I could dance like that. "

Yep.  I had a round go down the neck of my shirt on a C-7 range (because the idiot next to me wasn't lined up with her target).  Thankfully, it stayed over my t-shirt.  :nod:

I shoot left handed, the M-16 (at that time) only ejected from the right hand side......lots of hot brass came my way....

I was gonna say the same thing GAP. I am south paw myself and learned early on with the old FN that I, contrary to others, should not attempt range shooting without my steel helmet.  ;D
