Looking for a good tailor for a mess kit

I am looking for a good tailor to do a mess kit. If you know one (or are one), I am really interested to make contact with that person. I am near Quebec City, but do not mind to travel a bit for it.

Contact the kit shop at the 2eR22eR at the Citadelle.  They can put you in touch with the tailor who does the 22e mess kits.

Most unit oficers mess have a list of Tailors they feel are competent to the task.
At Montreal, the base tailor ( Mr Romano) can look after you during his lunch break... decent price and good turnaround for complete job.
