Lost Travel Claims

So I just finished up a course a couple of days ago and received my travel claim forms from Borden which I'm supposed to take back to my unit's OR.  Long story short, these forms are no longer in my possession..  Will I need to get new copies from OR and have Borden re-stamp them in order for my claims to go through?

Easy enough for your OR to re-print the claim.  However, if you have lost any receipts, ie taxis, parking, and such, then you will need to do up a stat dec, in order to claim those expenses.  Oh, and it wouldn't hurt to talk very nicely to the clerks when you tell them you lost the claim.

Phew thats good news, thought I had a trip ahead of me since the forms had signatures from my unit which then got signed at the base as well.  And yes I plan to speak veerryy nicely to the clerks at my OR
