A few still look good without make up IMO. 

A number of them have some pretty bad looking skin,  may need to lay off the make up a bit and let their pores breath a bit or something.

As it gets closer to closing time, they all start to look great regardless of the make-up. ;D

I remember seeing a few of the shakers from the Portland Landing in the pizza joint next door between sets. Fluorescent Lighting is not their friend.
