They've done this for 30+ years.....as a Sgt I was offered 6,000 to re-up for 3 years(in 1969 $)...so they're getting cheap now.... ;D

It a hell of lot better deal then any Canadian reservist will ever see. They're grateful  if they're paid on time and correctly !

Actually no....I posted a while back, a chart that I googled comparing the US & CF pay rates....not that great a difference...
