Sgt. Scott Moore wants to take Mila Kunis to the Marine Corps Ball — and he’s asking her out on YouTube.

“Hey Mila. Sgt. Moore, but you can call me Scott,” he said. “I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps. Ball.”

Moore, of the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, has an email address set up should the Golden Globe-nominated “Black Swan” actress accept: [email protected]

EXCLUSIVE: Mila Kunis Says She'll Accompany U.S. Marine to Corps Ball

Most men will spend their lives dreaming about going on a date with Mila Kunis – but for one U.S. Marine, that fantasy may very well turn into a reality.

Sgt. Scott Moore, of the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, last week set up a YouTube page and posted a video asking the “Friends With Benefits” star to accompany him to the Marine Corps Ball on November 18th in Greenville, North Carolina.

“Hi Mila, I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps. Ball with yours truly,” the uniformed sergeant said from his digs in Afghanistan. “So take a second to think about it and get back to me. All right, bye now.”

And when FOX411 asked Kunis about the invitation over the weekend, her “Benefits” co-star, Justin Timberlake, assured Moore he was going to make it happen.

“Have you seen this? Have you heard about this? You need to do it for your country,” Timberlake asked Kunis excitedly, before sending out a direct message to Moore. “I’m going to work on this, man. This needs to go down.”

After questioning her publicist if she knew about the invitation, the clearly flattered 27-year-old actress agreed.

“I’ll go, I’ll do it for you,” she said, turning to Timberlake. “Are you going to come?”

“They don’t want me! They want you,” Timberlake responded. “You need to do it for your country.”

Kunis nodded.

“I’ll do it,” she confirmed.

So get that limo reserved, Sgt. Moore!

Mila Kunis alongside Friends With Benefits co-star Justin Timberlake Hollywood actress Mila Kunis has said she will go on a date with a US Marine sergeant who asked her out on YouTube.

The star of Black Swan was being interviewed along with Friends With Benefits co-star Justin Timberlake when she was shown the clip.

In it Sgt Scott Moore asked her to be his date for the Marine Corps Ball in November.

He is currently serving with 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Afghanistan.

In the video he introduces himself as Sergeant Moore but says she can call him Scotty.

'Think about it'

Walking through a heavily-fortified compound with shaved head, glasses and in full combat gear he looked into a friend's video camera and addressed her directly.

"I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps Ball on 18 November in Greenville, North Carolina, with yours truly," he said.

"So take a second, think about it and get back to me."

The 27-year-old actress was surprised at first but then asked for details.

That's when Justin Timberlake stepped in.

"Have you seen this? Have you heard about this? You need to do it for your country."

After being persuaded, Mila Kunis then looked into the camera and told Moore that she was going to make it happen.

Damn Son!  I think our boys should take note!

Bit of an update to this story, seems like a female marine has posted a clip asking Justin Timberlake to go with her..

I know its just a feel good story, and I usually hate useless stories on the news, I really like keeping tabs on this one lol.

I guess he has to decide who he wants to go with then, another Marine made a youtube video asking Timberlake to the ball as well

*edit looks like the Lt removed the video

She reneged on the deal!!!  Shared with the usual disclaimers:

Actress Mila Kunis has been forced to change her plans to attend a military ball with a soldier fan - because she's too busy.

The Black Swan star initially accepted Sergeant Scott Moore's invitation to be his date at the Marine Corp Ball in November after he made headlines last week when he posted an open video message on YouTube, asking her to accompany him.

In a Fox News interview, she said, "We're gonna make this happen, sir. I'm with you."

But now the actress has had to turn down the offer because she has already committed to two films in November.

Kunis now plans to meet privately with Moore when he returns from Afghanistan, where he is currently stationed.

Maybe she should've checked her schedule before she said "Yes!".

I'm just sayin.....

You're right, but f**k it, he's got a WAY better chance at sealing the deal this way... in the grand scheme of things, this is better than what he asked for.

Betty White latest celeb to receive invitation to Marine Corps ball
Third video invite makes some question whether craze has gone too far

What can we say? The heart wants what it wants. Even if the rest of the world is raising a collective eyebrow.

With all due respect to Betty White -- and, of course, to the men and women of the Marine Corps -- um...this whole using YouTube as your personal cupid thing may have just gotten a teeny bit out of hand.

Still, the video site has racked up quite the formidable track record for those members of the armed forces looking to make an A-lister-accompanied entrance to their local Marine Corps Ball this fall (we knew you had it in you, Justin Timberlake). And credit where it's due--so far, none of the stars has said no ( so back off, Billy Bush).

But not every Marine is going after the hot young things--sure, Mila Kunis may be the golden girl of the moment, it's an altogether different type of Golden Girl that's piqued Sgt. Ray Lewis' interest. And he's certainly put in the effort to woo his ideal date. So take it away, sergeant...

After showing off his admirable skills (running, pull-ups, crunches and dreamily gazing into the sunset), he makes his pitch.

Video: Sgt. Ray Lewis asks Betty White to Marine ball (on this page)

"Hey, it's me, Sgt. Ray Lewis, like the football player," he says on the video. "Yeah, I know you like football players. Anyways, since I figured we have one Marine asking Mila Kunis to the Marine Corps Ball, and another Marine asking Justin Timberlake to the Marine Corps Ball, I figured, hey, why not? Why don't I ask somebody out to the Marine Corps Ball. So I figured I'm gonna ask...hold up."

Before revealing his pick, Lewis snaps his fingers and instantly changes from his camouflage gear to his full medallion-bearing dress uniform, holding a single red rose.

An officer and a gentleman? Betty, you know what you need to do.

"I would like to take Betty White," continues Lewis, who will also be performing as a rapper at the Nov. 18 to-do. "She's just funny, she's sweet, she's mature, she's the all-around perfect woman. I really think that we'd have a good time. I'm fun, I think I could make her laugh, I think she could make me laugh, I think we could laugh together. It's gonna be great, it's gonna be a good time. It's gonna be me and her at the Marine Corps Ball this year. So you know, call me."

Can we get an oorah? If not, then Justin certainly can.

While appearing on the Today show this morning, Timberlake, flanked by Kunis, gracefully explained why it's so important that they accept the invitations.

"We want to pay honor to our country and embrace their balls." Um...we probably should've gone to Mila on that one.
