Missed BMQ

I got a call from my new (reserve) unit today, telling me I'll be sworn in on the 4th, and was also told it was too late to get me on BMQ for the summer. I'm somewhat surprised - my application process wasn't quick, but I got started before the deadline and did the last test the same day as several others who were supposed to be going this summer as well. Any ideas what happened? Or if there's anything I can do?

Unfortunately, according to the LWFA training schedule all the BMQs start on the 3rd. http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/lfwa/it/training_schedule.pdf
My unexpert suggestion would be to see if you can get an earlier enrollment ceremony.

There are only so many positions for each course and obviously, they have already been filled.  It's unfortunate, but a reality.

Yeah, that's what I thought I would hear. Well, I had to try. I had been told a few times throughout the process that I was still on track, but I guess it's that final delay that did it. Thanks for the help.
