Its an effective tactic which sows mistrust.The recent attack that wounded an Army BG and narrowly missed the top commander in Afghanitan has seen security changes.
 
Major Taylor,Utah National Guard, was recently killed in an insider attack. his other job was as mayor of North Ogden,Utah.
