My Taekwon-do tribute to fallen

Hi - I'll be competing in the ICTF World Cup in St Albert Alberta (Servus Centre) from 19-21 Oct 07.  A portion of the proceeds will be going to the Military Family Fund. Attached below is the helmet I'll be wearing while competing.  It has the names of all our fallen on it and it is my tribute to them and my inspiration.
For those who love Martial Arts, the ICTF is not the "sport" version of TKD, the ICTF follows the original TKD religiously (the Martial Art). Patterns on Friday, sparring Saturday, team events Sunday along with breaking.

On a side-note,  I am so utterly frustrated by the division in the sport.  Way too many "federations"
