I think there was a bit of an error in the latter part of the article where it states the couple won $4,200.  Missing a few zeroes maybe?
 
The $4200 was probably all that he was left with after she went in and performed a wallet biopsy.

I like this story because someone who seems to need a break (financially) got one....Instead of someone rich getting yet even more well off.
 
Good to see someone who needed it won. Although I still will never suck myself into lottery since I have seen the horrors it enacts on some peoples wallets from working at a convenience store for 2 years.. heh :-\
