Every time the ship rolled, the fan cooler unit would piss water on my rack. You learned pretty quickly to keep your gortex rain gear on your bed, both day and night.

Same in most of the 280 mess decks. The FCU drain pans invariably drained up hill, were blocked with decades worth of crud, or both. My HUR 6 mess rack was usually drenched in any sea state above dead calm.

They are a VP of a private equity firm in the United States. I knew the guy, really smart guy who probably wasn't employed correctly and was actually too smart for what they had him doing.

As I said, very intelligent guy. I think people get upset because he just seemed like he DGAF at times and didn't demonstrate "enthusiasm" for eating shit that the Navy loves ever so much.

I'm sure he is super upset about it .
