Does anyone happen to know the course dates for AC OP at NAVCAN for 2017?

2.  9 May 11 Aug
3.  22 Aug 15 Dec

Would anyone be able to provide course dates for AEC? Common Course or VFR/IFR/Weapons?

AEC Course dates vary depending on the discipline but pretty much run twice a year, Jan/Feb-Jun ish and a second intake in the summer, Jun/Aug-Dec. I do not know the exact dates though.
