As someone who's first choice is MP, and second is Infantry, I'm wondering:
If I don't get into the MP's (I finish my Law & Security 2-year diploma in 2010), and go for the infantry, I'm going to use said diploma towards a BPA in Crim. Justice through Athabasca University. That said, my question is this:
How tough/long does it take to "transfer" from a NCM to and Officer status? Would it mean I'd be destined for a desk job, regardless of where I get hired? I figure it can only help my career ambitions (rise as high as I can), but I'd love some feedback, as I'm certainly very "green" to Army life.
