NCS Op position

CTing back to the RegF I’m a NavComm (Computer Network Administrator) the position I’m being offered is NCS Op in Esquimalt, I am just not sure the day to day job duties are. Also it’s listed as base side, but kind of sounds ship based. Any information would be great.
