Hi Seniors & Geeks,

Need your help and guidance on a situation please.

As an ROTP student at CiviU and unfortunately if unable to achieve the grades and GPA is less than the eligible to continue for 2nd year and withdrawn from the faculty then, what are the procedures and options on ROTP continuations? Could anybody help and provide any guidance on such situations please?

Not sure If anybody experienced or observed such situations. if so, please share your experience and guidance that would be highly appreciated.

There are a few options. One is that you repeat the school year on leave without pay at your own expense. Another is you compulsory occupational transfer and change from officer to NCM. The third and it's generally because the member doesn't want to do COT and/or change to NCM is release.

I've seen all three but the most common is scenario one or two.

Now my experience is a few years old, so your university liaison officer along with the subsidized education management team are best positioned to give you your options. The SEM folks are the ones who decide which way forward makes sense and give you your options
