NES oP on subs>?

Was just wondering if someone could tell me if NES ops serve on subs as well as ships, hope this isn't a stupid question

As far as i can tell, from looking at the official websites for the subs, the answer is no.

On submarines, NCIOPs handle what are traditionally NESOP roles on surface vessels
