New ballistic glasses plus Oakleys

Has anyone tried to put Oakly lens in the issued frame and vice versa?

I don't know about you guys, but since we got those Ballistics, we're not allowed to wear non-issued glasses and I'm sure if we were to be seen with different lenses we'd be told to get rid of them.

A bit off topic, but has anybody seen the inserts for prescription lens that are supposedly available for the glasses

well aparently the optometrist in the petawawa canex can get the percrisption put in for you. maybe I'll stop being lazy and go and find out if that's true this week.
personally I'd rather get my adidas sunglasses with the perscription in them so I can be the only guy that's allowed to look cool

No idea - but I know you can wear Oakleys under the issue Bolle 8000 tactical google   

Those new ballsitc glasses are A** - another poor CTS invention - better off with a low profile system the issue one has too much space from the face and lets sand, dirt and dust in  -- I wear my Oakleys then if I need I flip down the Bolle googles.

We got ordered into the issued shade for about 12hrs in Afghan - before some astute young troop went to the padre (perscription issues etc. I guess) and we got told cease on the order (way to go Padre  ;D )
