I saw this on CFTO a few days ago, and finally found the companys website.  Basically they created a catalytic converter that cuts down greenhouse emmisions to virtually zero (on the news report they put a car through a drive clean test with before and after results, which were quite amazing, a butane lighter was giving off more pollution than the car with the converter installed.)

I really think they should be promoting this more, it would greatly reduce the smoke problems we are having here in southern ontario.

here is the site www.gesi.ca

I plan on getting one for my car once i get the funds

Sounds to good to be true. It doesn't say on the site how much it would cost, I bet It'd be alot!

i would still pay $1200-1400 if it meant I would seriously be cutting down on emmisions.

Maybe the government could subsidize it?

The report said $12-1400.00 compared to the normal $300.00.

I was thinkin it would be more like 12 - 14 k, I guess that isn't as bad then.
