Hey guys, just thought I would introduce myself. My names Terry, 17 in 2 months, and I live in Edmonton, AB. Ive been trying to get into the infantry reserve (LER's) here in Edmonton since December but things are going very slow, it looked like I was going to make it but not things arnt looking to good. My medical information wont make it back in time they say. Anyways in early September when I turn 17 Im starting the paperwork for the reg force, hoping to go to 3 PPCLI, I know a few guys there and Id like to stay somewhere close to home, and of course infantry. I figure if I start in September, get everything done early, Ill be able to start basic training next summer and be in unit when Im just turning 18. Thats all for now Ill fix my profile up later tonight.

He's going into Grade 12 this year. So he'll be graduated by the time it all goes through.

Ill be starting my application at 17, with parent consent heh, and I will be finishing basic training about the time I turn 18. Good thing I dont look 17.  ;D
