Howdy all,
I am in Wainwright awaiting training, my armoured QL3 doesn‘t start until October possibly. I have heard talk that the powers that be are inplementing a new training plan that runs 3 and 4 courses back to back with a lot of infantry training for all the combat arms. It‘s a little more than the standard Battle School. I haven‘t been able to get many details or any idea when and if this plan is going to kick in. From what i understand the armoured QL3 was very general and specialized training ie: gunner, comms, driver etc... was left up to the unit to which you are posted. Apparently the new plan will post you to your unit ready to go. Anybody heard of this or am I just hearing B.S.
