OK, Hi I'm new here and i have a Q to ask next year i am looking into joining the reserves i want to join the Queens Own Rifles  thats the first this i would like to know is if I'm in the reserves can i switch to the regs, and if so what will happen to my rank etc?  One more Q if i am in the reserves is there any para courses available to me or is there a specific age that you need to do para.  thanks for the help
