NL's Conservation Record Bites Again

Caribou herd has dwindled down to less than 10% of what it was in 1993... That's just unreal...

I have heard from a few sources that I know personally within the wildlife division what their "personal" opinion of the problem is... I am wondering if the same issues are going to mentioned here or not before I start repeating them...

Now if all those protesters hadn't embarrassed the Cdn Government to stop the low level NATO flights over unpopulated tundra this would never have happened.    >

So, if the Caribou herds were healthy when overflown daily by supersonic jets, it follows that we should begin low-level fighter training again in Labrador to restore the herd, right? >
