Quick intro: Hi all. Glad to be here but unfortunately my first post is quite negative. Hope I posted in the right place. This week a local Provigo grocery store in Quebec (Verdun to be exact) gave the boot to the local legion after one day of selling poppies. The manager's excuse? Too much troulbe/hassle/getting in the way. When the news contacted head office they were told that store managers determine policy for situations like this. Passing the buck to say the least.
