North Korean Kit

Does anyone have any ideas of what the modern North Korean Kit looks like/Contains?
I know there's some videos and pictures out there of what appears to be NK Infantry, but some of their kit looks so outdated that even they shouldn't be using it.
Are they that stupid? Or maybe they are keeping a much more advanced soldier under the veil.

What do you mean by this?  Because they have gear that you believe is outdated or not as modern compared to a western military? If you look at photos of Russian and Ukrainian forces they also appear to wear older LBE, etc as well; would they be "stupid" to you? Their special units appear to have much more modern gear though.

Rumour has it they are looking to equip their troops in the most HIGHSPEED kit going (pictured below), but the country that developed it is keeping it to themselves...

Stupid is probably not the best word to describe it, however it does appear that they are using arguably very outdated gear.

I'm going to say yes they likely do have the money and the ressources.  But it would be better spent feeding their starving nation instead.

OK IMHO and admittedly stepping way, way outside my lane here.....  I'd imagine three things:
1. they do have a small portion of their military kitted out with modern gear but not distributed widely enough to encourage a coup or black market re-distribution
2. a number of staff types have avowed that in an emergency stores of modern gear could go out rapidly and efficiently... but it's only a paper tiger
3. in part, the gear displayed is part of a deliberate show of traditional NK military meant to strike an emotional chord

I'm going to say yes they likely do have the money and the ressources.  But it would be better spent feeding their starving nation instead.

It appears most of their money is put into their military as it is.  What leads me to believe that they have no money is how little trade happens between NK and most other countries.  What do they export to bring in foreign money?  I know that Russia and North Korea has some sort of labor agreement, but that's all I've heard.
