Online Application "Entry Plan"

I am completing the online application and am unsure how to answer the question of what my "Entry Plan" will be.  Does skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled refer to what skills I may have in regard to the jobs I listed?

Unskilled = no formal education in the trade you're applying for
Semi-skilled = you have formal education in the trade you're applying for
Skilled = you have former military service in the trade you're applying for
