Op Athena Phase 2 Roto 1 Commander

So I am currently working on an project for school, it is to be a period correct scenario regarding terrorism. I am writing as staff member of 1PPCLI's Battle group as part of Roto 1, Phase 2 and was looking for the name of the mission commander to add to the accuracy. If anyone has the name it would be much appreciated as I have not been able to find it anywhere.

LCol Ian Hope, 1PPCLI Battle Group(Task Force Orion) Commander, Op Archer

BGen David Fraser, Commander Multinational Brigade Regional Command (South). He took command on 28 February 2006; on 1 November 2006 a Dutch Major General replaced him.
